Will Blodgett

Will Blodgett is a lifelong entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Tredway, an affordable and mixed-income real estate developer focused on building and preserving high-quality and high-opportunity housing across America.

Prior to founding Tredway, Will was a founding partner of Fairstead. Over the course of his career Will has led the acquisition and development of more than 40,000 units and $8B in real estate across the United States. Prior to founding Fairstead, Will managed the acquisition, financing, and development of over 4,500 units for The Related Companies’ Affordable Housing Group and served as a Special Advisor to the New York City Housing Authority.

Using data, empathy and technology, Will focuses on building attainable housing and strengthening community to inspire change and promote upward socio-economic mobility–all through the lens of achieving solid risk adjusted returns with tangible impact.

Outside of Tredway, Will is deeply committed to giving back. Will is a co-founder and board member of Westchester Youth Sports Empowerment (WYSE), a nonprofit working to establish The WYSE Clubhouse in New Rochelle — a permanent, state-of-the-art youth sports facility dedicated to developing athletes and leaders regardless of family income. He also serves on the boards of the Children's Museum of Manhattan (CMOM), the American Institute for Stuttering (AIS), the Ethical Culture Fieldston School and New Heights Youth, Inc.
