Ravi Soni

Ravi Soni is an Investment Associate at Tredway, responsible for underwriting, structuring, and developing affordable and mixed-income housing across the US.

Prior to joining Tredway, Ravi was a Senior Associate at Dwight Mortgage Trust, a private real estate debt fund, where he led underwriting and execution on multifamily, build-to-rent, and student housing loans. He began his career at RBC Capital Markets on the Real Estate Capital Partners team, the bank's primary high-yield commercial real estate credit fund, underwriting and managing loans across all major asset classes in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Outside of work, Ravi is a member of the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society, supporting local fundraising and awareness efforts, and previously served as a mentor with the All Stars Project, providing educational and professional guidance to adolescents from underserved communities across the US.

Ravi holds a BBA in Finance with a Certificate in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin.
