Mallory Warner

Mallory Warner an Investment Associate at Tredway, responsible for underwriting, structuring, and developing affordable and mixed-income real estate across America. She is energized by urban transformation and believes that housing development can create more equitable, dynamic cities and communities. Mallory applies her passion for placemaking and community-driven impact to a broad portfolio of affordable housing projects.

Prior to joining Tredway, she spent three years at Hudson, where she managed projects from early planning through financing, construction, and lease-up/conversion. She worked across a wide range of real estate developments with a focus on affordable housing.

Mallory began her career as a Field Organizer on Democratic campaigns across the country. She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Urban Studies.
