Hayden Daggett

Hayden is an Associate in Finance and Accounting at Tredway, where he oversees property accounting and supports asset management operations.

A CPA, Hayden began his career in EY’s Assurance practice in Dallas. In 2022, He joined Clarion Partners as a Portfolio Accounting Associate. Working on client advisory portfolios, he reviewed financials for core commercial real estate, spanning industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use assets. He also managed the accounting for fund debt investments, including mezzanine, preferred equity, and construction loans.

Hayden holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Philosophy and a Master’s in Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama, and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Outside of work, he volunteers with organizations focused on economic empowerment and youth mentorship, including Ascend Dallas, StreetWise Partners, and iMentor.
