Hayden Daggett

Hayden is an Associate, Finance and Accounting at Tredway, where he oversees property level accounting operations and supports asset management financial activities. 

He is a CPA and began his career in EY’s Assurance practice in Dallas. In 2022, Hayden joined Clarion Partners as a Portfolio Accounting Associate. He reviewed property level financials for core commercial real estate, spanning industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use assets. He also managed the accounting for debt investments, including mezzanine, preferred equity, and construction loans. 

Hayden holds an undergraduate degree inAccounting and Philosophy and a Master’s in Tax Accounting from the Universityof Alabama, and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School ofBusiness. 

Outside of work, he volunteers withorganizations focused on economic empowerment and youth mentorship, includingAscend Dallas, StreetWise Partners, and iMentor.
