Brandon Wilkoff

Brandon Wilkoff is an Associate at Tredway on the Investments Team focusing on asset and portfolio management for a wide array of affordable housing properties and programs nationwide to better serve our residents, partners, investors, and lenders.

Prior to joining Tredway, Brandon worked at B2K, a boutique Long Island senior living developer and prominent affordable housing owners and developers Lincoln Avenue Communities and Fairstead. Beginning his career in accounting, Brandon excelled in all aspects of his career transitioning into Asset Management, then Development then Portfolio Management. He has extensive experience in Project Based Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, RAD repositioning’s, refinances, dispositions, and LP buyouts.

Brandon obtained his bachelor’s and master’s Degrees from the University of Connecticut.
