In 2026, Tredway acquired 138 units of an affordable apartment complex in Brooklyn that opened more than 40 years ago. Tredway and New York City have assured that all apartment units in the building will remain as affordable housing for the next 99 years for those residents whose current income is less than 60 percent of the average median income.
