Renova West

In 2025, Tredway started the development of Renova West is a 19-story, mixed-use development planned for 860 Concourse Village East in the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx. Tredway, in partnership with Gilbane Development, Community Living (ICL), with construction by Gilbane Building, will transform a parking lot into 266 new affordable homes that will feature high-quality amenities, on-site supportive services, and ICL Bronx Health Hub that will expand access to health care.
