Forest Hill House

Tredway is under contract to acquire and substantially renovate Forest Hill House, a 100-unit Senior Community located in the Forest Hills Neighborhood in Newark, NJ. The renovation, scheduled to commence in Q1 2024, will include roof replacement, window replacement, security system upgrades, updated kitchens and bathrooms, energy efficiency upgrades, accessibility upgrades for residents with mobility and hear/vision impairment, and common area upgrades to beautify the lobby. The project will also activate underutilized common space /outdoor spaces for additional services for the existing senior population, including provisions for age-appropriate fitness facilities, barbershop/salon, exam room/nurse station, and refurbished exterior/patio area.
