Coney Island

In 2025, Tredway acquired 1,096 units of affordable apartments in Coney Island, Brooklyn. The properties—located at 3325 Neptune Avenue, 3395–3415 Neptune Avenue, 2920–2940 West 21st Street, and 2760 West 33rd Street—will remain under the management of an affiliate of Pembroke Companies. Tredway plans to implement significant upgrades across the portfolio, including improvements to building infrastructure like electrical and plumbing systems, enhanced security, and better accessibility while also investing in on-site services that support residents holistically—ranging from nursing care and nutritional counseling to personal finance and life skills education.
