In 2026, Tredway acquired Christopher Homes Apartments, a portfolio comprised more than 1,600 affordable homes, exclusively occupied by elderly and disabled individuals in the greater New Orleans area. Tredway plans to carry out a major renovation initiative across the properties while also creating a robust resident services program aimed at helping seniors in the portfolio remain in their homes comfortably
